I am a proud Lansing resident who has had the honor of serving as an At-Large member of the Lansing Park Board, as Vice-Chair of the Lansing Neighborhood Advisory Board, and as Vice-Chair of the Ingham County Equal Opportunity Committee. I also work as a grant coordinator for the State of Michigan on gun violence intervention and community policing programs. I have had the opportunity to bridge the gap with residents and the departments that I serve, and I look forward to the opportunity to broaden my advocacy to city-wide concerns while focusing on the issues that matter most to residents.
  • Strong, safe, and supported neighborhoods.
  • Continued investment in our road and sidewalk infrastructure.
  • Advocating and supporting housing developments that offer adequate and affordable options for all residents while tackling issues with blight.
Infrastructure, public safety, and neighborhood support in Lansing.
I believe that I possess the knowledge, experience, and relationships to shorten the learning curve of a councilmember and be able to hit the ground running to deliver results for the citizens of Lansing.
The core responsibilities of this office include approval of the city budget, advocacy for resident issues and concerns, and passage of local ordinances.
Council President Ryan Kost, Councilmember Adam Hussain, and former Councilmember Carol Wood.
