A Tiskilwa Village Flood Tax Levy proposal was approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Bureau County, which is in Illinois.
This question authorized the Village of Tiskilwa to impose a property tax levy of 0.1666 mills ($0.1666 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) in order to repair and build levees in the village for flood control and safety.[1]
