“ Chapter 2. Dothan [Note: The City of Dothan lies in Dale, Henry, and Houston Counties.] §35A-2.00. Election of Board of Education. (Amendment 552) The Legislature may, by local act, provide for the election of the Dothan City Board of Education. This amendment shall not become operative unless it is approved by a majority of the qualified electors of the City of Dothan who vote thereon upon its submission. (Amendment 552) ”
