Tito Munoz was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 36 of the Virginia State Senate.

Munoz earned an associate degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Northern Virginia Community College. He is the owner of a small construction business and serves on the Virginia Board of Housing and Community Development.

Munoz ran in the 2011 election for Virginia Senate District 36. He was defeated by Jeffrey Frederick in the primary on August 23, 2011. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[1][2]
