Todd A. Hoover
Todd A. Hoover is a former President Judge on the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Hoover was first elected to the court in 1993. He was then retained in 2003 and 2013 to 10-year terms.[1][2][3] In May 2016, Hoover announced his retirement from the court.[4] Hoover died on August 24, 2016.[5]

Hoover was retained to the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas with 75.9 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [3]

Hoover earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Delaware Law School.[1][2]
