Biography
Todd Cotta was born in Hanford, California. He attended College of the Sequoias, Hartnell College, and Fresno State University. His professional experience includes working as a farmer, deputy sheriff, and small business owner. Cotta is a certified field training officer, a POST certified range master, and an NRA pistol instructor.[1]
