Todd Hull was a candidate for District 3 on the Washington County Board of Education in Tennessee. He ran against incumbents David L. Hammond Jr. and Clarence Mabe, in addition to fellow challengers Mike Masters and Scott Utsman in the general election on August 7, 2014.
