Todd Koger
Todd Koger (Democratic Party) is running for election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 34. Koger declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on May 19, 2026.[source]
Biography
Koger earned an A.S. in labor education from the Community College of Allegheny County and a B.A. in political science from California University of Pennsylvania. He attended Duquesne University School of Law. His professional experience includes working as a law clerk, office manager in civil litigation, science teacher, and Allegheny County Planner. Koger has also served as a civil service commissioner in the Borough of Wilkinsburg.[1][2][3]

Elections for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Incumbent Edward Gainey defeated William Anderson and Todd Koger in the Democratic primary. Gainey was unchallenged in the general election.[8][9][10]

2012
On March 20, Koger and William Anderson (D) were disqualified. Candidate Edward Gainey (D) challenged their petitions. Only Gainey and incumbent Joseph Preston (D) remained in the race. No Republican candidates filed for election. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[11][12]
