Biography
Todd Morgan was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Morgan earned a B.S. in business administration from Susquehanna University in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Marshall University in 1979. His career experience includes working as a program management consultant with Science Applications International Corporation. Morgan served as the president of the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance, as the vice president of the Historic St. Mary's City Foundation, and on the board of trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Trust.[1]
