I'm a lifelong resident of Northwest Georgia who currently resides in Chickamauga with my wife Cheri and golden retriever Denver. We are a blended family with four grown children and four grandkids. I'm an insurance agent and have been working in Fort Oglethorpe since opening Noblitt, Goss & Associates Insurance Services in 2004. We must stand up for our freedom and fight against those who would change the course of America. I'm volunteering to represent our District 2 in the Georgia State House. I am a Christian, Republican, 100% Pro-Life, a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment, a moral and fiscal conservative who believes each generation must purposefully defend our liberty. I am asking for your vote in the upcoming May 24, 2022 Primary.
  • Term Limits: The rotation of our government representatives can help prevent cronyism, corruption and stagnation. Our vote is critical in keeping our government transparent. When we become complacent our voices become dull and our government’s transparency decreases.
  • Voting Integrity: Citizens across Georgia have lost confidence in our election process. Our legislators must continue efforts to restore trust by increasing election security.
  • States' Rights: During the past year, the rights of Georgians have been challenged by our federal government. States’ Rights must be protected and I will voice this in our legislature.
I'm a Republican who believes in limited government. We should expect and require efficiency from each of our taxpayer funded government agencies. I will work to implement a process improvement program where we reward state employees who submit cost saving suggestions that are proven to reduce our government expenditure. The benefits will be a reduction in spending and creating a culture of efficiency among our state agencies while showing gratitude to state employees for their contributions to Georgia.

My parents are the ones who most influenced my thinking. Dad loved to pull for the underdog, whether in sports or life he loved to see those who statistically shouldn’t win overcome the odds. He and mom both exemplified serving within our family by making self-sacrifices for the good of others. Whether dad was mowing a neighbor’s yard or mom was cooking a meal for a homebound friend, I watched as they served without seeking reward. I have blessed to have many great influencers in my life such as; Robbie Robertson, John Puryear, David Chapman and Larry Draper. Each of these and others pointed me to follow Jesus Christ and by example influenced my thinking about serving others.
My first job was with Loveman's Department Store in Chattanooga, TN working as a representative on their teen modeling board. I was employed with them for two years.
