Todd Reed
Todd Reed was a Republican candidate in the November 8, 2011 special election for the Georgia House of Representatives, District 25. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when James Mills (R) resigned to accept an appointment to the State Pardons and Paroles board.[1]

Reed faced fellow Republicans Bobby Banks, Emory West Dunahoo, Jr., Dominic Ottaviano, William Sykes, and Kris Yardley. Paul Godfrey also ran for the seat as a Democrat. Since no candidate received a majority of the vote on November 8, the top two vote getters--Banks and Dunahoo--proceeded to a runoff election on December 6.[2][3]
