Todd Westphal

Todd W. Westphal is a Fifth Judicial District judge for Nicollet County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position in 2005 and was elected to a full term in 2008.[1]
He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]
