Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

Shall the Charter of the City of Toledo be amended to add Chapter XV entitled “Regional Water Commission” that creates a Regional Water Commission, sets forth the composition of that Commission, establishes certain processes for selection of Commission officers, conduct of Commission meetings, and defines powers and duties of the Commission, pursuant to Res. 289-18?[2]
