A Toledo-Lucas County Public Library Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lucas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Toledo-Lucas Public Library District to renew and increase property taxes of 2.9 mills ($2.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years.[1][2]
