Two Toledo Fire District Creation & Levy Addition Questions were on the March 20, 2012 ballot in the Toledo fire district area which is in Cumberland County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure seeks to create the Toledo fire district in the area.

  • YES 370 (59.77%)Approveda
  • NO 249 (40.23%)

The second measure would add a district tax, if the first measure is approved, set at $125,000 a year to pay for operational costs.[1]

  • YES 351 (57.17%)Approveda
  • NO 263 (42.83%)[2]
