Biography

Tom Blomquist was born in Los Gatos, California. He earned a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University in 2004, a Ph.D. from the University of Toledo in 2010, and an M.D. from the University of Toledo in 2012. His career experience includes working as a doctor.[1]
