Tom Burroughs
Tom Burroughs (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 33. He assumed office on January 13, 1997. He left office on January 9, 2023.
Burroughs (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 33. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
In the 2015 session, Burroughs began serving as Minority Leader. He previously served as Assistant Minority Leader.
Biography
Burroughs earned his bachelor's degree from Kansas City Community College. His professional experience includes working for the Colgate-Palmolive Company.

Burroughs won re-election to the 33rd District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He was also unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[8]
