Tom Carroll was a 2013 candidate for the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.[1]

2013 election

Carroll ran for the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.[1] He cross-filed in both Democratic and Republican primaries and was defeated in both, receiving 14.4 percent of the Republican vote and 11.4 percent of the Democratic vote on May 21, 2013.[2][3]

Education

Carroll earned a degree in Foreign Service and International Service from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 and a law degree from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America.[4]
