Tom Cooper
Tom Cooper is the Division 1 judge of the Ninth Circuit West of Arkansas. He was elected to the seat in 2008. He was re-elected to the Ninth Circuit West on May 20, 2014 for a term ending in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]
