Biography
Tom France was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned a law degree from the University of Montana School of Law. His career experience includes working as a regional executive director for the National Wildlife Federation. France served on the Montana Environmental Quality Council from 1983 to 1991. He has also served on the board of directors of the North Dakota Natural Resource Trust, Save our Wild Salmon, and the Clark Fork Coalition.[1]
