Tom LaBonge
Tom LaBonge (b. October 6, 1953) is a former member of the Los Angeles City Council in California, representing District 4 from 2001 to 2015. He was first elected to the council in a special election following the death of District 4 council member John Ferraro.[1]
Biography
LaBonge was born in Los Angeles. He obtained a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles. His professional experience includes working on the staffs of several Los Angeles City Council members and as Director of Community Relations at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.[1]
