Tom Moxley
Tom Moxley is a former Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 68 from 2007 to 2017. Moxley did not seek re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives in 2016.
Moxley earned his B.S. in Animal Science from Kansas State University. His professional experience includes owning Moxley Management Company and Moxley Ranch, and founding the Kansas Livestock Association Ranch Land Trust and Tall Grass Legacy Alliance.[1]

Elections for the Kansas House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Incumbent Tom Moxley was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election.[8][9]

Moxley won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 68. He defeated Ernie Honas in the August 7 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[10][11][12]

2010
Moxley won re-election to the 68th District seat in 2010 with no opposition. In the August 3rd primary election, Moxley defeated Republican primary opponent Calvin Seadeek, Jr. by a margin of 2,366 to 1,059. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[13]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Moxley was re-elected to the 68th District Seat in the Kansas House of Representatives with no opposition.[14] He raised $27,673 for his campaign.[15]

The Kansas Policy Institute, Kansas’s "first free market think tank," releases its legislator scorecard as a part of its Kansas Freedom Index for Kansas state representatives and senators once a year. The Score Card gives each legislator a score from 1%-100% based on how they voted in the prior legislative term on specific issues which the Kansas Policy Institute thought were pro-limited government policies.[16]
