Tom Rickhoff
Tom Rickhoff (Republican Party) was a judge of the Bexar County Probate Court No. 2 in Texas. He left office in 2018.
Rickhoff (Republican Party) ran for election to the Bexar County Commissioners Court to represent Precinct 3 in Texas. He lost in the Republican primary runoff on July 14, 2020.
Biography
Tom Rickhoff was born in Idaho and lives in Texas. He served as a captain in the US Army from 1969 to 1974 and as a lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve from 1974 to 1993. Rickhoff earned a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University in 1966 and a J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1969. His career experience includes working as an associate professor of law at St. Mary's University. Rickhoff served as a Bexar County district clerk, a district court judge in the 289th Judicial Court of Texas, and as a judge of the Bexar County Probate Court.[1][2]
