Biography

Tom Shipley was born in Corning, Iowa. Shipley graduated from Villisca High School. He earned an A.A. from Iowa Western Community College and a B.S. in agriculture education from Iowa State University. Shipley's career experience includes working as a farmer. He has served with the Villisca Volunteer Ambulance and as the president of the Villisca School Board.[1]
