Tom Shively (b. November 11, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 8 from 2007 to 2013.
Shively is retired; he worked as a vocational agriculture teacher and farmer, and served in the United States Air Force. Shively earned his B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Shively is Vice President of the Missouri Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association.
