Biography
Tom Silva was born in Tracy, California. He served in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 2013. He earned an associate degree from San Joaquin Delta College in 2019 and a bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific in 2021. He has been affiliated with Veterans of Foreign Wars and The American Legion.[1]
