Tom Smith (Indiana)
Tom Smith is a former Republican member of the Fort Wayne City Council in Indiana, representing District 1. He was elected to the council in 1999.[1]

2015
The city of Fort Wayne, Indiana, held elections for mayor and city council on November 3, 2015. A primary election took place on May 5, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was February 6, 2015. All nine city council seats were up for election.[2]
In the Republican primary election for District 1, Paul Ensley defeated incumbent Thomas E. Smith and Kenneth Richardson. Ensley defeated Mike Conley in the general election.[3][4]
