Tom Whitney
Tom Whitney is an officeholder of the Idaho 3rd Judicial District. He assumed office in 2018.

He was appointed to the court on February 9, 2018 by then-Governor Butch Otter (R) to replace Thomas J. Ryan.[1]
Biography
Whitney received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. He was a math teacher at Bonners Ferry High School before attending law school. He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho’s College of Law. He and his wife, Diane, own Whitney & Whitney, LLP in Moscow, Idaho.[1]
