Biography
Tommie Johnson III was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He earned an associate degree from Eastern Oklahoma State College in 2009 and a bachelor’s degree from East Central University in 2011. Johnson’s career experience includes working as a master police officer at the Norman Police Department.[1]

|I also played baseball at East Central University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree. My Law Enforcement career began at the University of Oklahoma Police Department. In 2015 I joined the Norman Police Department, where I am currently a Master Police Officer. I grew up in Antioch Baptist Church & I am currently a member of the Fifth Street Baptist Church. I am a member of and have attended the J. Rufus Fears Program for Conservative Studies at the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs. Last Year I was able to testify before a Capitol committee in support of safety legislation and appeared in a safety video for the State Department of Education. In my spare time I volunteer as the Republican Party Chairman for my Precinct, a youth sports coach and as a mentor for at risk youth in local Elementary schools.
