Tommy Hazouri (Democratic Party) was a member of the Jacksonville City Council in Florida, representing At-large Position 3. Hazouri assumed office in 2015. Hazouri left office on September 11, 2021.
Hazouri (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Jacksonville City Council to represent At-large Position 3 in Florida. Hazouri won in the general runoff election on May 14, 2019.
Hazouri died while in office on September 11, 2021, due to health complications.[1]

2015
The city of Jacksonville, Florida, held elections for mayor and city council on May 19, 2015. A primary took place on March 24, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was January 16, 2015. All 19 city council seats were up for election.[2]
In the primary election for the at-large group 3 seat, Tommy Hazouri (D) and Geoff 'Jeff' Youngblood (R) advanced past Mincy Pollock (D). Hazouri and Youngblood faced off in the general election on May 19, 2015. Hazouri was the winner.[3][4] Incumbent Stephen C. Joost (R) was ineligible to run for re-election due to term limits.[5]
