Tommy Ragland is a judge on the Madison County Probate Court in Alabama.[1] He was elected in 2012 to a third term on the Madison County Probate Court leading Republican challenger Patty Demos 74,420 to 74,300 votes. There was a recount of the votes and Ragland was officially announced the winner.[2][3]
