Toni E. Clarke is a judge on the 7th Judicial Circuit for Prince George's County in Maryland.[1] She has served as a judge on the court since February 6, 1998.[2] Clarke was re-elected to the 7th Judicial Circuit in 2014, winning a new term that expires on December 31, 2029.[3]
