On November 2, 2010, Belcourt won election to the Montana House of Representatives. He defeated David Lindseth and J.P. Walker in the June 8 primary. No one filed to run against him in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Tony Belcourt ran unopposed and won the seat to the Montana House of Representatives for District 32, receiving 2,482 votes.
