Political philosophy

Caso submitted the following statements to Ballotpedia:

I have an American Constitutional philosophy. Limited government, individual rights, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The job of government is to protect the individual's rights. I hope to bring our State government back to following the constitutions both the US and Florida. I will do this by protecting the individuals private property rights, doing what I can to reduce regulations and fees, and to vote for only what is constitutional, and that does not infringe on anyone's rights.[5]
—Tony Caso[6]
I believe in Equal justice under the law, not social justice. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment, natural law, family values, individual responsibility, and faith in God.[5]
—Tony Caso[7]
