Three of seven seats on the Pflugerville Independent School District board of trustees were up for at-large general election on May 6, 2017. Place 6 incumbent Larry Bradley defeated former candidate Matt Robertson and newcomer Cliff Styles in his bid for re-election. Place 7 incumbent Rob Reyes ran unopposed. A special election was held for the Place 2 seat. Candidates Jacob Betz, Tony Hanson, and Charlie Torres ran for the seat, which came with a one-year term. Hanson won election for the seat.[1][2]
