Tony R. Mallery is a judge for the Superior Court of Lassen County in California. He was elected in November 2012 after defeating Lassen County District Attorney Bob Burns with 56.52% of the vote. Mallery's current term will expire in January 2019.[1][2]

Education

Mallery earned an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and a J.D. from California Northern School of Law.[1]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of Lassen County, Mallery worked as an attorney in Susanville, California.[2]
