The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, held elections for mayor and city council on April 5, 2016. A primary election took place on February 16, 2016. All 15 city council seats were up for election. Incumbent Tony Zielinski defeated Meagan Holman in the Milwaukee City Council District 14 general election.[2]
