Tonya Henderson-Stith
Tonya Henderson-Stith is a district court judge for the 8th Judicial District in Hampton, Virginia.[1] She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in February 2009.[2] She was re-elected in 2015 and 2021 to a term that expires in 2027.[3][4]
Education
Henderson-Stith received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore.[5]
Career
Before she joined the court, Henderson-Stith was a partner at the law firm of McDermott, Roe & Walter PC in Hampton, Va.[2]
