Tootie Smith was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 5th Congressional District of Oregon.[1] Smith won the Republican nomination in the primary on May 20, 2014.[2] Tootie Smith lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
