Four Town & Village Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the March 20, 2012 ballot in certain designated towns and villages in McLean County.

These measures sought to allow municipal officials to buy electricity in bulk and allow for lower rates for residents who want to participate in the program. The municipalities that had these questions on their ballots included the town of Normal and the villages of Danvers, McLean, and Stanford.[2]
