A Town of Los Gatos Appointed Clerk/Treasurer Resolution, Measure C was on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters in the Town of Los Gatos in Santa Clara County, where it was approved.
Measure C changed the way that the roles of Los Gatos Town Clerk and Los Gatos Town Treasurer are filled, from positions that were elected by the town's voters to positions that are filled by appointment.
