Carla Small, a former mayor of the Town of Ross, chairs the "Yes on Measure D" campaign. She said that if Measure D fails, the level of services provided in the town is "not going to be what this community has had for many years...If [Measure D] doesn’t pass, it will dramatically impact our budget. It’s likely we would have to look at merging with another town or possibly with the Marin County sheriff’s office. There will be much slower response times. It will certainly change the character of our community."[1]
