A Township of Lee (excluding Albany Village) fire tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Athens County, Ohio.[1]
If approved these measures will replace tax levies for fire protection for 0.5 mill for 5 years. If approved these measures will commence in 2012 to be first due in 2013.
