Tracie Roberson held the District 4 seat on the Mobile County school board in Alabama. She was initially appointed to the chamber in 2013 and sought re-election in the primary election on June 3, 2014. She was defeated by Robert Edward Battles Sr.

Roberson graduated from Murphy High School in 1991 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting in 1995 from the University of Montevallo. She graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998. She also earned a master’s degree in public administration from Troy University in 2009.[1]
