Davis earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Her career experience includes opening Legal Solutions Group, P.S.C.[1]

The judges of the Kentucky District Courts are elected in nonpartisan elections. They serve four-year terms and must run for re-election if they wish to serve again.[2][3]

Qualifications
To serve on this court, a judge must be:[2]

  • a U.S. citizen;
  • a resident of the represented district for at least two years; and
  • licensed to practice law for at least two years.
