Tracy is a conservative businessman and ministry leader of Texarkana United. A native of the district, Tracy will run for congress as a qualified, unaffiliated, write-in candidate in the 4th district. He is a prolife conservative who supports religious liberty, Constitutional freedoms and is an avid supporter of the First and Second amendments. Limited government, political term limits on all elected officials and lower taxes are also part of his platform. Tracy and his wife, Shanda, of 10 years have six daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter on the way.
