Tracy McDaniel was a special judge for the 23rd District Court of Oklahoma. McDaniel presided over cases in Pottawatomie and Lincoln counties. She was appointed by district court judges effective September 1, 2016, to fill the vacancy left after Dawson Engle's appointment as associate district judge.[1] She served in this position until January 2019.[2]
