Biography
Tracy Pennycuick lives in Harleysville, Pennsylvania.[1] Pennycuick graduated from Mansfield High School in 1983. She served in the U.S. Army from 1984 to 2010 and reached the rank of lieutenant colonel.[2]
Pennycuick earned earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri in 1987 and an M.P.A. from Post University in 2015. Her career experience includes owning a business.[1][2]
