Tracy Prall
Tracy Prall is a judge on the 3rd Judicial District in Marion County, Oregon. She was appointed on July 15, 2008, by Governor Ted Kulongoski.[1] She was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2][3][4]
