Tramelle Howard (Democratic Party) was a member of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System in Louisiana, representing District 3. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on January 1, 2023.
Howard (Democratic Party) won election to the East Baton Rouge Parish School System to represent District 3 in Louisiana outright in the primary on November 6, 2018, after the general election was canceled.
